The sister's with our turkey cookies we made for thanksgiving and our kitten watching for us to invite him in.  He comes when we are baking and just sits by the back door.
Our Christmas tree, we're ready for Christmas.  Dad got a tractor from Kimbra before she moved to Auberry.  He was excited when she said she wanted him to have it.  A little remembrance of home.
Dinner on monday with the missionaries.  We sure love all of them and know they are dedicated to serving the Lord and helping his kingdom to grow in this part of the Lord's vineyard.
Carlos and Gladys Prado, this is the night he was interview for baptism but needed more time to get ready.  We pray he will one day have the blessings of the gospel in his life and he will help many others feel the love of their Savior Jesus Christ in their lives as well.
We wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, your Fresno California Missionaries

At the Oakland Temple October 4, 2013,  Dad was there at the end of his mission 40 years ago but didn't get to go into the temple because he didn't know the missionaries were going but he decided we would make it this mission.  We took a couple of sisters from the ward and had a great day.

At Mormon Helping Hands Day,  we had 3 areas the saints were cleaning up, our ward and 2 other wards cleaned this bike trail.  It was 2 miles long.  We were assigned to the check in table but after we finished an appointment with an investigator family we changed into our work clothes and went back to work and helping rake and hoe like these people in the picture below.
cleaning the sides of the trail.  A dump truck came along and swept it up after we got everything to the middle of the path.
We had painters to clean off the graffetti on the fences and weed eater that made a big difference
Brother Braid was in charge of the day.  He helped plant trees and take out the dead ones.  It was amazing to see the difference this made.  People were coming out of their houses to thank us for our help and tell us how much they appreciated the work we were doing.  I'm sure they felt blessed in the other areas of the city as well.  It was a great experience.
the roses are so beautiful, they are everywhere.  These are in our back yard along the beauty shop
This one is in the front yard.  It is taller than I am.  We are enjoying them so much.
This is another one by the shop.  they are so delicate and soft.  I hope they last all summer.
This one is as tall as a tree.   I hadn't seen one like it before.   They help remind us to take time to smell the roses.

Helping the Lainez family build a gate for their dog in their back yard on April 13 2013
Sister Lainez holding the fence up while brother Lainez and Elder Wilson figure out what to do next.
The finished fence with  Magoo inside the gate.  Now he will be safe.
I even helped a little,  It was a fun day.   We love this family, they are good to us too. We are hoping they will go though the temple soon.
